This happened because our former President, Chelsea Chen, unexpectedly had to resign from the GRO for personal reasons. During that time, we were focused on reorganizing and getting everything back on track, which unfortunately slowed down our ability to review applications or conduct any other GRO business.

To be clear, the former President’s departure was entirely for personal reasons—there is no animosity between her and the GRO or any of its members.
